Experiment 007Ready to try
Learn Your Body’s Language
Your body is talking. You don’t have to understand it yet.
Hypothesis
Bodily sensations carry information — but the sensation itself doesn’t automatically tell you what it means.
Duration
2–3 minutes
The framing
Think of your body like a language you haven’t learned yet.
At first, you might only notice fragments: a tight chest. A clenched jaw. Butterflies. A heavy feeling. Heat. Restlessness.
You don’t have to know what any of it means.
The experiment is simply to start noticing.
